NOTICE INVITING COMPETITIVE TENDERS
As part of the implementation of Project No. 306/27 – Street Light AMC, with an estimated project cost of ₹4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only), included in the Annual Plan 2026–27 of Villiappally Grama Panchayat and implemented by the Secretary, competitive tenders are hereby invited from interested institutions, individuals and contractors for carrying out maintenance work of all street lights, mini mast lights and high mast lights within Villiappally Grama Panchayat for a period of one year.
The rates quoted shall include the cost of labour, vehicles, equipment, materials and all other expenses required for carrying out the maintenance work. The tenderers shall quote the amount payable for repairing one light by climbing the respective pole.
The tender shall be submitted by quoting separate rates under the following categories:
Rate for repairing one street light by climbing one pole.
Rate for repairing one mini mast light by climbing one pole.
Rate for repairing one high mast light by climbing one pole.
Important Dates
Last date for obtaining tender forms: 05.11.2026, up to 12:00 noon.
Last date and time for submission of tenders: 05.11.2026, up to 3:00 PM.
Date and time of opening of tenders: 06.11.2026, at 11:00 AM.
