🏛️ Panchayat Meeting Decisions
The Panchayat Meeting Decisions link provides access to Panchayat meeting notices and Panchayat meeting minutes.
Click on the required date to view and download the relevant meeting notice and minutes.
👥 Standing Committee Decisions
The Standing Committee Decisions link provides access to the meeting notices and minutes of each Standing Committee.
To view the decisions of a particular Standing Committee, use the Filter option available on the right side of the page.
Click on the required date to view and download the relevant meeting notice and minutes.
📚 Decisions Before December 2025
To access decisions available up to December 2025, click on the relevant link provided below.
On the page that opens, change or select the District, Year, and Panchayat Name as required. The required decisions can then be viewed and downloaded.

💡 Instructions
1️⃣ Panchayat Meeting Decisions
Click on the “Panchayat Meeting Decisions” button. On the page that opens, select the required date. The corresponding Meeting Notice and Panchayat Minutes can then be viewed and downloaded.
2️⃣ Standing Committee Decisions
Click on the “Standing Committee Decisions” button. On the page that opens, use the Filter option available on the right side to select the required Standing Committee. Then select the required date and download the relevant Meeting Notice and Minutes.
3️⃣ Decisions Before December 2025
To access previous meeting decisions available up to December 2025, click on the relevant link. On the page that opens, select or change the District, Year, and Panchayat Name as required. The required meeting decision can then be located and downloaded.
4️⃣ Finding Documents by Date
Select the date of the required meeting to access the documents related to that meeting. The relevant Meeting Notice, Minutes, and other available documents can be opened and downloaded.
5️⃣ Using the Filter Option
While viewing Standing Committee decisions, use the Filter option available on the right side of the page to select the required Standing Committee. This makes it easier to locate the decisions related to the selected committee.
6️⃣ Finding Previous Decisions
For decisions before December 2025, access the relevant K-SMART / SAKARMA link and select the required District, Year, and Panchayat Name. The required meeting decision can then be located from the available list and downloaded.
